No sugar, no flour, no baking: 5-minute dessert made from three ingredients. Too easy and too delicious

For all those with a sweet tooth, I have a wonderful recipe for a dessert made from pineapples and cottage cheese without adding sugar. This is a great alternative to high-calorie cakes and pastries.

The dessert turns out incredibly tender and incomparably delicious. In fact, this is a magnificent soufflé, which will suit both adults and children, and will also decorate both everyday and festive tables. You can prepare this dessert in portions, using small molds.

How to cook:

The cottage cheese must be chopped using an immersion blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

In a bowl, mix 30 g of gelatin with 100 ml of water.

Melt the gelatin in a water bath or in the microwave.

Cut the canned pineapples into pieces and pour the juice into a mug.

Add the juice to the curd mass, mix thoroughly and beat again with a blender.

Pour the melted gelatin into the cottage cheese and beat until completely smooth, so that the gelatin is completely mixed with the cottage cheese.

Add chopped pineapple to the curd mixture and mix gently.

Place the resulting mass into a mold, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

When the dessert has set, turn it over onto a plate.

Cut the dessert into portions and serve.

I hope this dessert will please you and your loved ones.
