After trying this dish for the first time, it became a frequent guest on our table, because it is quick to prepare, inexpensive and very tasty!

Let’s get started cooking:
I knead the dough from flour, water, egg and salt. Then I cover it with film and leave it to rest for 20-30 minutes.

I melt the butter and mix it with the vegetable oil. Mix everything well.

I divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each into a thin layer.

I grease the dough with the oil mixture.

I sprinkle the dough with herbs – I take parsley, green onions and dill.
I cover this sheet of dough with another one and connect the edges.

I cut the resulting flatbread into narrow strips, about 2-3 cm wide. As a result, you will get 2 such flatbreads.

Then I roll the strips into rolls.

I wind the ribbons one after another onto the roll (using the snowball method). Four pieces of dough will make four flat cakes.
I roll out each flatbread with a rolling pin.

I fry the flatbreads in a mixture of oils until golden brown.

The fire should be medium.
