Ingredients:
3 cups strawberries π
Β½ liter whipping cream π₯
1 cup half and half cream πΆ
Β½ cup condensed milk π₯π―
1 tablespoon vanilla πΏ

Preparation:
Wash and disinfect the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into small pieces.
In a blender, add the whipping cream, half and half cream, condensed milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Add 2 cups of strawberries to the blender and blend again to intensify the strawberry flavor.
Chop the remaining strawberries into small cubes to give freshness and texture to the ice cream.
In a freezer-safe container, mix the chopped strawberries with the blended cream mixture.
Place the container in the freezer and let the ice cream solidify for a couple of hours.
Once frozen, serve the ice cream in cups or cones. Optionally, garnish with a little more condensed milk to enhance the sweet flavor!
