Ingredients for the eggplant bags:

aubergines – 2 pcs.;
minced meat – 300 g;

onions – pcs.;
eggs – 2 pcs.;
milk – 100 ml;
flour – 3 tbsp.;
salt – to taste.
Preparation of eggplant bags:

Cut the eggplants lengthwise into thin slices, each 2-3 mm thick. Salt the plates and leave for 10 minutes. Then, immerse the plates in water, cover with a weight in the shape of a flat plate and leave for another 10 minutes.

At this point, we add the onion to the minced meat through a mincer, add salt, pepper and mix well. We place the eggplant slices on a paper towel. We also cover the plates with a paper towel and let them dry slightly. We
place the minced meat on the plates, fold the filling several times and obtain small squares from the eggplant plates.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the salt.

Add milk to egg mixture and mix. Sift flour into egg mixture and knead batter. Dip squares into the resulting batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and place the breaded bags on the surface. Fry the bags on medium heat under the lid on both sides.
