Today I want to share with you a recipe for thin, delicious chudu. This delicious dish is easy to prepare with simple ingredients.

First, mix flour and salt in a bowl, add water and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. Then form a ball out of the dough, wrap it in cling film and leave it to rest for a while. While the dough is “resting”, start making the filling. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put in chopped onion. Fry it on low heat until soft, then add grated pumpkin. Pepper to taste and salt. Cook the filling for no more than 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Divide the rested dough into five equal parts. Roll each piece into a thin sheet. Put the filling on one half of the rolled dough, distributing it evenly, then cover with the other half and secure the edges. If the edges look uneven, they can be carefully trimmed with a knife. Fry the chudu in a dry frying pan over low heat on both sides. Grease the finished flatbreads with the filling with melted butter on both sides.

Our chudus are juicy, appetizing and very tasty. Serve them on the table and enjoy their amazing taste. Bon appetit! Cook with pleasure and please your loved ones with delicious food.
