Today I made a great apple pie. This pie has little dough, but a lot of juicy filling! I sprinkled it with crispy crumbs on top. The pie cooks very quickly, literally in a matter of minutes.

Method of preparation:
First, I’ll prepare the crumbs. I pour flour, sugar and butter into the mixer.

I stir for 30 seconds. I put the crumbs in the refrigerator.

I put softened butter in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.

Beat with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes until the mixture becomes lighter and increases in volume.

I add 3 eggs one by one, beating for another minute after each.

I add previously sifted flour and baking powder. I mix and add the remaining flour, knead the dough.

For the filling I take 4 large apples, weighing about 600 g.
I peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. I add the apples to the dough. You can add cinnamon if you want.

I mix the apples with the dough and put the resulting mass into the mold.

Using a spatula, I spread the dough evenly over the surface of the pan.
Sprinkle the prepared crumbs on top.

I put the pie to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time is about 40 minutes.

The pie turns out juicy and aromatic, with a soft melting filling and a crispy crust!
