Ingredients:

2 tbsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp warm water
⅓ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp salt
3½ cup flour
Preparation:
- In a large bowl add the yeast, warm water, oil and sugar and mix until the ingredients are incorporated. Let it sit for 5 minutes, until the mixture begins to foam.
- Add the beaten egg, salt and flour, and mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Knead the mixture until it is smooth and elastic, for 3-5 minutes. Do not let the dough rise.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and form balls with each piece.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet or lined with baking paper.
- Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 10 minutes. After the time has elapsed, glaze the bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake until golden brown, 8 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into pieces when you are done.
